Spice it up
I love the Spice Girls. One night
I was up late watching TV (this was before TiVo had changed my life), and I
happened to catch some of the movie Spice
World. It was truly infectious, contagious, and funny as hell. They
didn't take themselves too seriously....and WOW, the BUS was so
cool!
For me, the Spice Girls are a breath of fresh air. Peace, love, and clothes? Why is that bad? Gimme a break about the whole "9 year olds that don't know what Girl Power means". Did anyone ask that question about Josie and the Pussycats? When did it become anyone's moral obligation to protect little girls from the evils of British Pop Music? Besides, people really ought to be spending their time bitching about things that are TRULY important!
